Members of the PMI Board of DirectorsPMI Leadership Team, and other PMI subject matter experts regularly participate in a wide range of in-person and virtual events. These include PMI chapter meetings, industry conferences, podcasts, webinars, panel discussions, and other global forums.

How to Request a Representative

PMI is committed to advancing the project management profession by engaging with the global community. If you are planning an event and would like to request a PMI representative to speak or participate, please complete the updated PMI Engagement Request Form.

Types of PMI Speaking Engagements

PMI representatives may contribute to your event in various ways, including:

  • Keynote addresses, presentations, and fireside chats
  • Opening remarks or award presentations
  • Podcast interviews or virtual webinars
  • Participation in networking opportunities (non-speaking roles)

How to Request PMI Engagement

To request a speaker or invite a PMI representative to attend your event, please complete the PMI Engagement Request Form.

We kindly ask all requests to be submitted at least three months in advance of your event. This allows sufficient time for review, coordination, and scheduling as well as promotion.

Please note: Submission of a request does not guarantee that a speaker or attendee will be provided. All requests are carefully reviewed based on availability, event alignment, and strategic priorities.
