Aimée joins PMI from CFA Institute where she served as Head, Exam Management & Measurement, responsible for delivering high-quality assessment experiences through secure, equitable, and accurate administration of the CFA Institute portfolio of exams.

With over 20 years of experience in the credentialing industry, Aimée has been at the forefront of transformative initiatives, including leading the CFA Program’s successful transition from paper to computer-based testing and spearheading the launch of a new learning management system. Her expertise spans operational excellence, process innovation, and the implementation of robust measurement strategies that underpin CFA Institute’s reputation for assessment rigor and fairness.

Before joining CFA Institute, Aimée was Director of Test Security at ACT, where she implemented and oversaw a comprehensive test security plan for the company that administered more than twenty different exam programs, including the ACT, the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), and Multi-State Bar Exam (MBE).

Aimée’s commitment to purpose-driven leadership is rooted in her early career as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer in the U.S. Army, where she served as a legal assistance attorney, military magistrate, and Professor of Law at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She holds a BA from Boston University and a JD from St. Louis University School of Law.
