Integrated program management support system is key to automotive future

The Program Management Support System (PMSS) may be the key to the future success of the auto industry. A PMSS is the juxtaposition of technology with project management processes and disciplines to facilitate: planning and scheduling, resource and cost management, configuration and change management, and risk control.
