Retain and sustain

As more companies plan and implement projects, most are struggling to find an available pool of well-qualified mid-level project managers. As a result, organizations worldwide are rethinking their approaches to retaining their project managers and providing them with the motivation to excel. This article discusses the techniques that organizations are commonly using to retain their project managers and sustain their success. In doing so, it identifies two employment benefits that mid-level project managers are seeking, noting how organizations can provide these benefits, and with this, build a company culture of employee retention. It describes innovative tactics that can help organizations retain their employees. Accompanying this article is a sidebar listing the employee benefits that four corporations currently offer.
