I love changing all the time in search of better ways to work.

I'm a model for others. After me, four co-workers got their certifications, and my team has the most PMPs® in the organization.

Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio. He has vision and could teach the team to see new things.
If you weren't working in project management, what would your dream job be?
Teaching people skills to my country's younger generations.
How do you use project management in everyday life?
I love to travel, and I'm always looking for a milestone when planning a journey. If I don't have a track to follow, I feel lost.
What's the best film you've seen recently?
Rocketman. I love Sir Elton John—but I didn't know much about his life.
How do you explain your project management role to friends and family?
I'm the conductor of an orchestra, helping others deliver successful products.
