In fact, our survey reveals that 80% of organizations with high-performing PMOs are using technology to enable value creation, compared to only 32% of other organizations’ PMOs. Since "value" varies across companies and evolves over time, effective PMO leaders invest in understanding their organizations' needs both now and in the future.
