Module 1
Achieving Customer-centric Design with User Personas and Digital Dexterity
Your organization depends on its ability to win every customer interaction. User personas – detailed descriptions of archetypal end users – are the gateway to designing customer-centric products and experiences that address customer needs. Building user personas will help you develop products and services your customers truly want.
Module 2
Agile Principles, Methodologies and Project Planning
Agile projects use of short work iterations and incremental development of products that focus on business priorities and customer value. In this course, you'll learn fundamental Agile concepts, including the eight Agile values and twelve Agile principles. This course also covers the five phases of the Agile project management model, and introduces you to the most common Agile methodologies and frameworks. Finally, this course introduces key activities for managing an Agile project, including creating a product vision and project charter, and best contract and documentation types. This course is one of a series in the Skillsoft learning path that covers the objectives for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam. Agile Project Scheduling and Monitoring

Developing a Growth and Agile Mind-set
You might think the term “growth mindset” refers to the growth of an organization, or even economic growth. While the effects of a growth mindset ripple throughout the business, it starts with an individual believing they are capable of growing, evolving, and learning. In this course, you’ll learn how a growth mindset manifests, and why it can make life and work better in many ways. You’ll also learn tools to build your growth mindset, challenge the fixed mindset thinking that can mire you in negativity, and employ resilience techniques to help you maintain an attitude of possibility, learning, and growth even in the face of setbacks.
