Ana Ajose
CAPM Vice President, Finance
As Vice President of Finance at Project Management Institute (PMI), Ana Ajose is responsible for leading the Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis functions at PMI. She works closely with PMI’s global and regional leadership teams to achieve financial and strategic objectives and drive growth. Ana also leads the Pricing function, responsible for PMIs Pricing and Enterprise Product catalog policies and operations.
Prior to joining PMI, Ana held a number of leadership positions in global organizations across multiple industries. Earlier in her career, Ana managed the Accounting function and, as a Controller for AIG, established new processes, improved efficiency, and automated Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Accounting processes. Ana spent ten years with Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she led a global team that drove impactful profit improvement initiatives and partnered with the Sales team to drive topline growth. Before joining PMI, Ana was the CFO of a privately held Pharma contract manufacturer.
Ana resides in Philadelphia with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. Ana has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Bucharest, Romania, and an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Michigan State University.
