PMI’s 2026 Annual Membership Meeting was held on 22 October 2026. The Board will announce the date and time for the 2027 Annual Membership Meeting at a later date.
PMI Annual Membership Meeting
PMI’s Annual Membership Meeting is an important gathering held specifically for active PMI members. Presided over by the Chair of PMI’s Board of Directors, it gives PMI members a chance to hear directly from PMI leadership about the past year’s achievements, celebrate successes, and gain insights into the project management topics they care about most.
Proposing new business
You may submit new business for the Annual Membership Meeting as stipulated in the PMI PMI Bylaws, Article V, which requires, “Upon ninety (90) days' notice and a petition signed by five percent (5%) or more of the voting membership to the Corporate Secretary, a question and resolution shall be submitted to the quorum of voting members present at the Annual Membership Meeting.”
Completed petitions and questions/resolutions must be submitted to the PMI Corporate Secretary 90 days before the Annual Membership Meeting on a completed Board Agenda Topic Form.
