As the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Dan Conrad manages the legal team and provides overall leadership, planning, and oversight of all worldwide legal and compliance matters for the organization and PMI Educational Foundation. As the organization's Corporate Secretary Dan provides regular support and counsel to the PMI Board of Directors.

Dan joined PMI in 2022, bringing almost 25 years of legal experience as an in-house and private practice attorney. He started his legal career at the international law firm of Jones Day, where he was a Partner and served as the Intellectual Property practice group leader in Dallas, Texas. After leaving private practice, Dan has held senior legal positions with several global organizations. Most recently Dan was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for United Wheels, a world leader in the design, manufacture, and international distribution of bicycles, including the iconic Huffy brand. Before that, Dan served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Renaissance Learning, a leading education technology company in PreK-12 learning analytics, as well as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel with Kraft Heinz Company/Kraft Foods Group Inc., serving as the lead lawyer in the U.S. and overseeing all day-to-day legal issues.

Dan holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Pennsylvania and Texas State Bars and is admitted to practice before numerous federal courts.
