      (Correct answers are bolded)

      D. Discuss with the project team to determine if they are comfortable with the delayed release date.

      2. A project stakeholder repeatedly gives directions to project team members that conflict with the approved project plan. Team members are confused about priorities, and work is starting to slip. The stakeholder is influential and says the changes are minor.

What should the Project Manager do first?

      A. Tell the sponsor the deadline is still achievable for now

      B. Instruct the team to compress the schedule immediately
