The Construction Phase

The Disciplined Agile® Delivery (DAD) portion of the DA™ process tool kit includes an explicit Construction phase. The primary purpose of this phase is to build, or configure in the case of a package implementation, a consumable solution with sufficient functionality to meet the current needs of your stakeholders.
