If paying by check, you can create your order form online and select “Generate a Quote” as the payment method to create the quote/document to be mailed with your payment. Click “Generate Quote” to submit the request, and you will receive a downloadable PDF version of the quote in both the confirmation screen and via email. Submit your offline order via postal mail to the address below (please do not send credit card information via the mail):

If paying by bank wire or electronic transfer, you can use the same quote process above. The quote will include wire and electronic payment instructions.
Quotes are considered pending orders; your order will not be fulfilled until payment is received. Requesting a quote will allow Customer Operations to more easily match your payment to your order request when payment is received.
Tax Exempt Orders:
Tax-exempt customers should submit a copy of their tax-exempt certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your contact information and your PMI ID number if you have one. You will be notified when your account is set up and then you will be able to order online without sales taxes being applied to your order.
