Rights & Permissions

PMI supports and encourages the dissemination of information for the betterment of the project management profession and community. However, permission to use PMI’s intellectual property is required to make copies of PMI copyrighted material or republish part of or an entire work of PMI copyrighted material. If you would like to use any portion of PMI copyrighted material - in either print or electronic media - you must first obtain written permission and pay the appropriate permission fee, where applicable.

Any person or organization, including members, communities and Registered Education Providers (R.E.P.s), wishing to use any PMI copyrighted material in any format must obtain written permission from PMI and pay applicable permissions fees.

Note: Submission of the permissions form is not an implied grant of use of the requested materials. Please be aware that due to a high volume of requests, it may take from one (1) to five (5) weeks to complete the permissions process. Please indicate any pending deadlines in the form.
