We are problem solvers—and, unfortunately, the world has a lot of problems.

If you lose sight of the benefits, be brave enough to raise the flag and halt the project.

People-oriented. I understand the needs and motivations, both explicit and implicit, of those around me.

What skills are essential for today's aviation projects?

A keen eye for risk management and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

If you could shadow one person for a day, who would it be?

Batman. He uses his resources to make the world a better place—and I can relate.

If you could give anyone an honorary PMI certification, who would it be?

My wife, for doing an awesome job managing our kids.

What helped you earn your current role?

Sharp presentation and communication skills, and my ability to understand the business.

What advice do you have for new project managers?

Spend most of your time with your stake-holders—and have a lot of coffee.
