Many parametric cost estimating models have been developed over the past two decades. However, there have been only a handful of multiple parametric scheduling methods that have been published. Research was undertaken to develop a parametric schedule model that would incorporate the variables, such as weather conditions, of scheduling in a project. A literature search and an interview of contractors helped to form a questionnaire that was used to gather information on parameters and milestones information from project managers of completed construction projects. The focus of the research was on one-to-four story office buildings. Based on the major milestones that were extrapolated from the research and the parameters with the most significant impact on the construction schedule, a regression model was developed. Regression analysis was successful in analyzing this model.
