The Operating Model skills-based mini course provides you the insights and tools needed to identify an analyze the key elements of a citizen development Operating Model that best support the introduction and scaling of citizen development within an organization. This course defines which operating model option is best for their organization. Upon course completion you will receive a certificate of completion and 2 PDUs applicable toward maintaining your PMI certifications. There is no exam requirement; however, a scenario-based assessment is included as a skills knowledge check.
