Some learn easily and quickly in the workplace while others struggle to keep up. Leaders who are learning agile create more learning opportunities for themselves and ultimately empower their organizations to become more nimble in an ever-changing landscape.
The Center for Creative Leadership's research identified and decoded the "unconscious competence" of most learning agile people. Learning agility is separated into four specific skill sets: Seeking, Sensemaking, Internalizing, and Applying.
