Overview
People with a fixed mindset—or that sees abilities and talents as things we can do little to change—may fail at something and never attempt it again because they believe they’re not good at it. People with a growth mindset—a more flexible view that our abilities and talents can be developed through learning, effort, and persistence—may also fail, but tell themselves they need to approach the situation differently, ask others for help in addressing the challenges, and believe that with greater effort they will succeed the next time.
What you'll learn
Distinguish between a growth and fixed mindset and their impacts on leadership. Explore how these mindsets are displayed and cultivate a growth mindset in yourself and others to foster continuous development and adaptability in leadership roles.
