Overview
Project success depends on the systems leaders create as much as the professionals working within them. PMI® Advanced: M.O.R.E. at Scale is a scenario-driven course for executive sponsors, people leaders, enterprise partners and governance stakeholders. Explore realistic leadership decisions and guided reflection to evaluate barriers, strengthen sponsorship and coaching, and shape structures that enable accountability, adaptability and value-driven delivery.
