Overview

Leadership is not defined by role alone. This course introduces the Center for Creative Leadership’s Direction–Alignment–Commitment model to help Project Professionals assess leadership outcomes  across a team, project or enterprise.

Through a practical team survey and guided conversations, you will identify gaps, build shared direction, improve alignment and strengthen commitment to the work ahead.

Module 1
Fundations
Learn how the Center for Creative Leadership defines leadership through the outcomes of direction, alignment and commitment. Explore what changes when one element is missing, then complete a short assessment to identify team strengths and uncover opportunities to strengthen leadership outcomes.
Module 2
Application
Apply the Direction–Alignment–Commitment model in practice using the downloadable DAC Team Survey and guided conversation prompts. Identify gaps, clarify priorities and take practical steps to strengthen shared direction, alignment and commitment.
