Course Description
PD You - Bite sized learning that fits into your busy life
In order to stay competitive in an ever-changing environment, it is more important than ever that project professionals equip their teams with the skills to learn and grow effectively. This video quiz overviews Guided Continuous Improvement (GCI), a Disciplined Agile (DA) strategy for teams to experiment with and learn about new ways of working (WoW) so as to increase their overall effectiveness. Teams that learn continually, and who then share those learnings with others, enable us to all rise together.
This thirty minute video quiz includes content from Scott Ambler’s popular session from the PMI Virtual Experience Series. At the conclusion of the presentation, you will be tested on your ability to: Recognize the need to take an experimental approach to learning; describe the mechanics of guided continuous improvement; explain the need for teams to share their learnings with others.
