Co-founder and CEO of Jetstream Africa

Miishe Addy is the co-founder and CEO of Jetstream Africa, a supply chain financing company headquartered in Tema, Ghana. Jetstream is Africa’s largest digital financier for cross-border trade, with $11.4 million in import-export loans disbursed since 2021, at a repayment rate 17% higher than the industry average. Miishe started her career as a top-ranked strategy analyst for Bain & Company in New York, practiced transactional law, and has consulted global development organizations, including TechnoServe and Global Partnerships. Addy was recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® as one of the top 50 next-generation project managers globally. Jetstream is noted for its innovation in AI-enabled loan origination and was recently inducted into the World Economic Forum’s 2024 cohort of Tech Pioneers. Miishe earned an honors BA in Philosophy from Harvard College, and a JD from Stanford Law School. She lives in Ghana.
