Sejal Raval joins PMI as Chief Product and Technology Officer, where she oversees the integration of product strategy and technical execution to support the global project management community. With a career rooted in leading large-scale digital transformations, Sejal specializes in evolving legacy systems into modern, scalable platforms that prioritize "frictionless" experiences, ensuring that the technology is as simple and intuitive as it is robust.

Most recently, Sejal served as the Chief Technology and Product Officer at Education Management Solutions. Over a three-year period, she achieved a 40-point increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS) by launching innovative products, modernizing the product suite and significantly improving operational efficiency.

Her previous leadership roles include a tenure at Thomson Reuters, where she successfully managed the technology integration of international acquisitions from Brazil, South Korea, and the USA. Sejal is a strong advocate for a culture of co-creation, believing that the best technical solutions are built when empowered teams are aligned with a clear business strategy.

At PMI, Sejal is focused on advancing the PMI:Next vision by leveraging pragmatic innovation, such as PMI Infinity, to provide practitioners with the digital tools they need to succeed in a modern workforce.
