Module 1-3
Introduction and Core Concepts

Module 6
Utilizing the P5 Standard
Apply the P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management to evaluate project impacts on people, planet, and prosperity. Practice conducting a P5 Impact Analysis to identify, assess and mitigate sustainability impacts.
Modules 7–9
Lead Sustainable Planning and Project Success
Develop a Sustainability Management Plan, define sustainability KPIs, and understand the competencies of sustainable project managers. Define project success in both current and long-term sustainability contexts.
Modules 10–14
Core Project Planning and Delivery
Strengthen core project planning practices, including requirements gathering, design thinking, work and product breakdown structures. Estimate costs and duration, stakeholder engagement, and identify and respond to risks and opportunities.

Sustainable Procurement

- Format: 145 multiple-choice questions
- Time: You’ll have 175 minutes to complete the exam.
