Overview
Looking to position your career, team and organization to benefit from artificial intelligence (AI)? Seeking to achieve excellence as a project manager, leader or sponsor? Join us to expand your knowledge of the foundational AI training course (Artificial Intelligence-Powered Project Excellence) and build your own AI toolkit— with even more interactive sessions, hands-on experiences and automation secrets. This training supplements the foundational AI training from the same instructor, although the first training is not required as a prerequisite. You will gain practical experience with this new technology, grow more comfortable using it and accelerate performance for yourself and your team.
If you registered for both trainings, you will benefit from scaling your understanding of AI fundamentals toward the application of AI tools for areas such as advanced automation strategies, process efficiencies, risk management, and budget and schedule optimization for immediate results. You will come away with valuable skills and experience, such as creating your own AI large language models (LLMs) and machine learning (ML) algorithms for use within your organization.
This training provides more detailed case studies, practical applications and hands-on experience, including creating custom AI tools. Through real-world case study successes, you will understand how project management offices (PMOs) have embraced AI using ethical and relevant protocols. Importantly, you will gain customizable corporate policy templates for AI use in your organization, based on these successful use cases in PMOs. This training will help you to navigate unstructured and sensitive data challenges, try sophisticated AI tools, create your own AI tools and learn from one another in fun and dynamic group exercises.
Using hands-on experiences with business AI tools, you will learn how to unlock process automation, cost savings and efficiency gains from AI with an understanding of its costs and risks. Learning from others’ success stories will help you build more confidence in AI planning and preparation for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enrich your professional development.
