Overview

Today’s project leaders are stuck in a loop of control, compliance, and burnout. Beyond Boss Mode is a bold, practical 2-day workshop designed to help project managers move from reactive leadership to strategic team ship without selling out or burning out. Rooted in neuro-axiology, this experience introduces PMs to the VQ Profile, the hierarchy of value, and the TEAR model, providing the tools to shift from positional power to relational influence. Participants will learn to elevate not just task completion, but team dynamics, trust, and shared ownership fueling results that go beyond what control alone can deliver. This isn’t leadership theory. It’s a practical, frameworks-based upgrade to the way you lead people and how people experience your leadership.

Prework: Each learner will be required to complete an online assessment to measure their EQ and VQ (value-judgment quotients). The assessment report is used to customize the training to enhance current thinking and emotional strengths.

      Traci Duez

      Traci is a sought-after speaker in the project management community. She has spoken at over 120 PMI events in the past 6 years to over 14,000 Project Managers and leaders including 4 four PMI Global Congresses in North America and Europe. Traci earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She then entered the master's program in athletic coaching at The Ohio State University. She has coached basketball at the high school and collegiate levels. She was a Project Manager for 17 years and a director of over 100 consultants for a nationwide IT consulting firm.
