Overview
This training provides the practical knowledge needed to recognize how to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and complete a project, which meets the deliverable requirements of the customer within predictable duration, effort, and cost parameters. Success as a project manager and project team is contingent on comprehension of the basics of mature project management. Using the framework provided, major process areas can be integrated and applied during each phase of a project's life cycle.
