AI presents an amazing opportunity for project professionals to advance their careers. But only 1 in 5 say they are currently using AI. Meanwhile, 4 out of 5 senior leaders think AI will impact project work and they’re seeking AI-capable people to make it happen. Job postings asking for generative AI skills soared 2000% in a six-month period last year. And 80% of all employers say they will accelerate the automation of processes. Unfortunately, only 13% of employees have been offered AI training. But don’t make that an excuse to wait. Take matters into your own hands — there are plenty of things you can do right now. In fact, we’ll tell you about several below the graphic.
You don’t have to prompt ChatGPT to reach this conclusion: partnering with AI today will help ensure your project management success tomorrow. And it’s not hard to get started. Begin your journey with an introductory course, Generative AI Overview for Project Managers, which is free for everyone.
