Event Calendar Posting Request
The PMI.org calendar of events presents opportunities for project professionals from around the world to network, learn and develop. Events posted on the calendar can be face-to-face or virtual. Event organizers and sponsors include PMI chapters, the online community (ProjectManagement.com) and with prior review and approval, other nonprofit project management-related organizations.
To make the calendar a streamlined tool in the growing world of project management, events must be submitted ten days in advance for review, approval and posting.
To submit an event, please complete the form below. Please be sure to include the title of the event, name(s) of the sponsor(s) or event organizer(s), date(s), location, description, and web address for calendar users to obtain more information. Also include event starting and finishing time and time zone if the event is virtual. Include with the time zone its relationship to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
PMI reserves the right to edit descriptions and to accept or reject posting proposals. Events that might be rejected include those of interest to only a small geographic area, such as a regular chapter meeting or events not related to project, program or portfolio management.
Please submit all event details, including the event title and description, in English.
