Description
We are in the midst of unprecedented change in every sphere. The unforeseen and unexpected are happening at a faster pace, challenging traditional approaches in a post-pandemic world. Understanding and dealing with changes is critical, whether you are trying to successfully implement a project, program, or PMO initiatives; are involved in digital transformation or increasing product, process, or system adoption; or are struggling with changing your own or your team member’s behavior. How do you develop change intelligence to anticipate, adopt, and adapt to change? How do you prepare and develop change readiness?
Change is the catalytic element in any organizational endeavor and is often the weak or missing link. Even though there are numerous change models and many approaches, change management success remains elusive and has not improved over the years. In this training, we will push the edge of traditional change management approaches and learn from the latest research at the intersection of brain, biology, and behavior science.
Delivering projects or initiatives is only half the battle. To win and achieve results and benefits from them, you should understand change and know that it is fundamentally human. You must learn to balance the logical with the biological, and process with behavior to see how you can focus on greater adoption and impact.
