Overview
What makes a person not just function, but flourish? This two-day workshop invites you to explore the foundations of personal growth, connection, and resilience.
Day 1 lays the foundation with Psychological Safety—the essential ingredient for brave conversations, creative risk-taking, and innovation. Drawing from Dr. Amy Edmondson’s research and Google’s Project Aristotle, we’ll understand how psychological safety fuels effectiveness and engagement.
Day 2 transitions into the deeper terrain of resilience vs. resurgence: how we navigate adversity, and how we rise from it with renewed purpose. Blending neuroscience, identity-centered leadership, and lived reflection, we’ll explore what it means to move from surviving to thriving.
Expect a blend of reflection, science, story, strategy—and a renewed sense of power.
