How Airbus evolved its next-generation talent


Airbus, a multinational aerospace and defense corporation and ten-year member of PMI’s Global Executive Council (GEC), was keen to examine ways to identify and develop its next-generation project leaders.

This case study describes how the company utilized the GEC’s NextPert Program, to facilitate in-house talent. As part of the program, future leaders act as a think tank for the GEC, developing innovative solutions for challenges identified by the Council.
