Classifying your PDUs
So, how do you use the Talent Triangle to support your development efforts?
If you've already engaged in some professional development activities and are now trying to classify the PDUs according to the Talent Triangle, follow these steps:
Determine the duration of the activity to arrive at the PDU total, and then ask:
Was any leadership content covered? If so, in how much time?
Was any strategic and business management content covered? If so, in how much time?
How much of the remaining time covered technical content?
