    About the Instructor(s)

    • Jeff Panning, PMP

      Jeff Panning

      Jeff Panning has been leading organizational change throughout his career. He has led the shift of systems, behaviors, activities, and habits from the current state to the future state for the variety of organizations in which he has worked. He has done this with a collaborative, open, and supportive approach.

      He earned his PMP in 2003 after learning about PMI, the PMBOK, and the beauty of structured project management. This was a vast improvement as compared to his methods over the first 10+ years of his career. He led various types of internal projects like IT infrastructure, client facing ecommerce, and business system improvements/upgrades. He later led projects across engineering disciplines for external clients. He currently manages a team of custom software developers and is working with them to reinvent their processes, procedures, and tools to support company growth goals.

      Jeff is the former president of the PMI Western Lake Erie Chapter in Toledo, Ohio. He currently serves as the chapter’s VP of Communications. Jeff earned both his BBA and MBA from the University of Toledo.
