The DA toolkit is architected into four views:
Mindset. It builds on the foundations of agile and lean to address enterprise realities. This mindset is created and informed by seven core agile principles that guide organizations to be more adaptable and effective. People. The Disciplined Agile Toolkit gives any person one or more roles to help create a truly adaptable team. In the agile toolkit, there isn't a perfect match between traditional roles and Disciplined Agile roles - you are free to choose your own way of working (WoW). Flow. The Disciplined Agile Tool provides a streamlined process for business agility so you can adapt your process in a context-sensitive manner.
