Created and updated by PMI’s Research Department, the PMI® Project Management Salary Survey provides a comprehensive look at the global project management field and enables you to more effectively negotiate your salary.
The fifth edition is the result of the largest sample ever taken, based on self-reported data from more than 5,500 project management practitioners all over the world.

Country Reports are ready for purchase in Marketplace
If you are interested only in the salary information for one particular region, the country report may be just what you need. It includes country-specific:
- • Cross-tabulations of salary data by 12 positions and 15 demographic variables
- • Reported salary increases over the last year
- • Expected salary increases for the next year
- • Option to exclude “self employed” respondents (because self employed data can be on the outlier fringes and can skew results) Available through the Online Query only.
Because of sampling constraints, salary information is not available for all positions in every geographic location.
