In recognition of the connection between continuous improvement and achieving true leadership potential, PMI presents Leadership Through Project Management. This award-winning publication provides examples of professionals in project management and other professions who embody the most essential leadership attributes, balance, instinct, inspiration, respect, perseverance and agility. Leadership Through Project Management is published annually in December.
The 2009 issue is about managing change, and using project management to manage challenges such as a severe talent shortage, compressed schedules and sprawling supply changes. In keeping with these themes, the 2009 issue has been retitled from Leadership in Project Management to Leadership Through Project Management.
